General Guidelines

Class schedule:
  • All our classes are online and are at 8pm IST from Monday to Friday for 1 hour each. Classes may/may not contain more than one student.
  • An orientation class will be provided to the student at a time convenient to both student and teacher. This may be a 1-2hr individual session.
  • Our writing classes will be held for 5 days between the 1st and 7th of the month (excluding Saturday and Sunday) at 8pm IST for 1 hour.
  • Our speaking classes will be held for 5 days between the 8th and 14th of the month (excluding Saturday and Sunday) at 8pm IST for 1 hour.
  • Our listening classes will be held for 5 days between the 15th and 21st of the month (excluding Saturday and Sunday) at 8pm IST for 1 hour.
  • Our reading classes will be held for 5 days between the 22nd and 28th of the month (excluding Saturday and Sunday) at 8pm IST for 1 hour.
  • Our grammar classes will be held between the 29th and 31st of the month (excluding Saturday and Sunday) at 8pm IST for 1 hour.
Fee structure:
  • Tuition fee of Rs. 250 is charged per hour and this rate is valid till 31-12-2024.
  • The minimum number of classes to be availed is 7 and payment should be made upfront.
Materials:

eBooks, mock tests, presentation slides, links and other notes will be shared with the student and are included in the tuition fee. We do not provide printed materials.

Technical requirements:

It would be good if you have a laptop, in case you do not have it, please be open to take print outs of the materials instructed by the tutor. Print outs should be kept ready prior to the session. This would be mainly required for reading modules. Other modules can be managed using mobile or tablets. Please inform the tutor beforehand if you are using a mobile or tablet for the sessions.

Assignments and corrections:

Assignments should be submitted on time in online format. Either you can take a picture after writing in notebook or you can send in the typed format. Please send it via WhatsApp. If email is used, please notify the tutor about it. All assignments should be submitted during the course duration. Anything submitted after the course will not be corrected.

Refund and leave policy:

A refund shall not be given for classes taken. For classes not taken, a refund can be initiated if requested within one week of pausing the sessions. A student taking a leave without informing prior is not eligible for refund or resuming the sessions after a while. If you want to resume the sessions sometime later, proper intimation should be given when you stop the sessions, others will not be entertained. Also, missed sessions cannot be compensated.
